Getting your period is the formal procedure of channel surrounded by alleged story and mystery. Some misses feel afraid of it. Others can't hold on their fire. But then again all girls menstruate, and it is important to understand what's going on.

Feasting on relatively more amount of dairy products for a couple of days before your period start could be helpful in reducing the PMS.
