Sassy water was created by the nutritionist Cynthia Sass. This drink has powerful effect on melting belly fat, revitalizes your body, it`s low in calories, reduces flatulence, calms down the digestive system and improves your overall health. Sassy water can reduce your waist size by 10 cm in only 4 days.
During this diet, you need to drink at least 8 glasses of water and consume fruits and vegetables rich in water because your body needs proper hydration in order to stop the flatulence and relieve constipation.
You need to have healthy diet and try to avoid sweets, fast and processed food, oily or caloric food. Regular physical activity is more than necessary.
Ingredients:
8 glasses of water (you are allowed to drink more during the day);
1 fresh medium-sized cucumber (chopped in thin slices);
1 tsp of grinded ginger root;
12 leaves of green peppermint;

Instructions:
